Knowing Your Customers
Can Lead To Big Profits

I work with a local print shop in my little home town. When regular customers come in someone goes to the computer an pulls up their business history. They look back several months for repeat jobs. If they find some they as remind the customer that it's been a while since they got envelopes or mailing labels or whatever the product is.

It lets the customer know that the company is keeping track of their needs.
